Spices pack a powerful flavour punch without adding any fat or Calories. Here are a couple of yummy spices which you can use to flavour and add variety to your healthy meals and snacks. We hope they're not too hot for you! Experiment with different spices and find out what your favourites are!

Cajun

Cajun is a rich blend of chili powder, herbs and spices, is perfect with chicken, steak or salmon. You can either mix with a little oil and use to marinade whole or sliced chicken breasts before cooking or Sprinkle over chicken breasts towards the end of cooking. Cajun spices are delicious on steak, salmon and roasts.

Piri Piri

Piri Piri seasoning is a hot and spicy Portuguese blend with crushed chillies, spices and citrus peel. It is ideal for adding mouthwatering flavour and chili heat to chicken, prawns and fish. Mix with a little lemon juice and olive oil for a marinade for chicken, prawns, steak or pork or you can sprinkle over chicken or salmon towards the end of cooking.

Steak House Pepper

Steakhouse Pepper contains pepper, onion, garlic and chillies, brings out the flavour of a good steak and adds interest to a plain hamburger. Steak House Pepper can be sprinkled over steak, pork or chicken breasts towards the end of cooking or can be added to grilled or sautéed mushrooms.
All of the seasonings mentioned are suitable for vegetarians.
