Hi guys
I have really being enjoying making my own breakfast lunch and dinner instead of grabbing takeaways
and coffees on the goes
I recently sorted out a diet plan and for my lunch I have soup that I make my self so I said I would share the recipe with you guys
Please don't be put off by the colour its just because its mostly green veg
This will serve 4-5 people
1 Leek
2 Courgettes
60g mushrooms
100g Cabbage
1tbsp of olive oil
200g Cauliflower
200g broccoli
1 vegetable stock cube dissolved in 1 litre of boiling hot water
I put everything into a big pot and when its cooked I get my hand blender and blend it all together
so so easy
and all for 50 kcal per bowl
