Hi guy today's tip is about Using a Smaller Plate – Portion Control is Key
It's human nature to fill up our plate, so to avoid over-eating use a plate that's about 2/3 the size of a normal dinner plate. Many people fear they will feel hungry if they reduce their portion size. Eating a little less at each meal can make big differences over time.
There is a time delay of about 15 minutes from when you eat to when your brain registers you have eaten sufficiently. So after eating wait 15 minutes to see how you feel.
If you're still hungry, increase the amount of vegetables you are eating at each meal, keeping the protein portion the same.
