Nail of the day!

Hi guys  today I wanted to share with you my nail of the day it is L'oreal 211 Opulent Pink

 In the bottle in look like a hot pink but on the nails it looks very red I really like it it applys really well it has a pretty wide brush which is great I got this for free when I had bought some other L'oreal products.

Tip Thursday

Hi guys today is tip Thursday

Ever wonder why after curling your eyelashes for what feels like hours the minute you put mascara the curl seems to fall out as quick, well its really down to the type of mascara you use.
If your like me and your eyelashes  go straight out instead of up in a curl and it takes ages to curl  using a normal mascara which has water in it it works the same as pouring water on your freshly curled hair.

So the key is to use waterproof mascara no water mean no flat curl

Weigh and Measure Yourself

Tracking your weight and measurements is essential to keep you focused to meet your target.

Try not to weigh and measure yourself every day, once a week is a good idea.

Weigh and measure yourself first thing in the morning and at the same time each week.

Try to weigh yourself on the same scales each time. If you don't have scales at home, you can weigh yourself at your local  Pharmacy or participating.

Bio- Oil review

Hi Guys  today I wanted to talk to you about an amazing product which is Bio-Oil. This is an amazing multi- use product.
About five years ago I got burned using an at home wax kit that over heated and splashed up at me luckily nothing spilt on my face and I was lucky that I had a long sleeve top on that my arms were protected unfortunately my hand was not so lucky the pain was excruciating and in a moment of sheer pain/panic and fear I tried to rip off the wax but what I did way take off layers of skin too
Long story short I was left with this massive scar on my left hand.

weight loss tip wednesday!!

Hi guys I have decided to do a few simple weight loss tips for a few Wednesdays

Tip #1

Remove Temptations

• Clean out your pantry and fridge to remove temptations. Get rid of pastas, rice, biscuits, bread, cakes, lollies, chocolates, ice cream, soft drinks and juices along with any other carbohydrate rich foods.
• Restock your pantry and fridge with fresh fruits and veg

• If you live with others, section off part of the fridge and pantry for your supplies of food.

• During your first few weeks  don't plan to go out too much until you are used to your diet. If you do eat out,  try to make it a  balanced meal.

• If you are heading off to a party, prepare a plate of sliced up colourful veggies and dip. Your host will probably appreciate it and you have a great alternative to less healthy choices.

Hey guys its Tip Thursday again and today's tip is a very quick and easy one! If your nail polish  starts to dry up and hardens no need to send it of to the land of the lost!! All you need to do is take a few drops of Nail polish remover into your polish give it a quick shake and it should be back to normal !

Magic Make-up

Hey guys I have to say I love a gimmick and today I bought into one I bought the Barry M lipstick in the colour Touch of Magic every time I would walk past the Barry M stand this would always draw me in mostly for the colour it is a ridiculous lime green put it magically changes to a beautiful deeper pink colour. the website claims that it has '' A waterproof formula with added Aloe Vera stays on for up to 8 hours. Depending on the alkali level of your lips''
 

There seems to be a trend lately with the Magic make- up theme  like the L'oreal nude magic bb cream which when put on the skin in white grainy cream and when blended adapts to your skin just like magic!!

Another little haul (fashion)

Hi guys If you seen my last post you will know I did a bit of shopping and not only did I pick up beauty items but I also picked up a few fashion pieces!

I went into H&M and was so happy I did they were selling off  alot of their summer items and I was happy to pick them up I got four tops that were selling for €5 love theses tops

Next I was off to new look to pick up a blazer love how theses look and had to have it as soon as I seen this one

Another little haul (Beauty)

Hi guys back for another haul I was shopping up in Dublin yesterday and found some lovelys my boyfriend and I ended up in Liffey Valley shopping centre and found one of the biggest Boots I have ever seen. Not only was it huge but that the most amazing brands such as Chanel , Origins, Benefit, Lancome etc Yes people all this in a boots!!! they also has product that are very hard to get in Ireland such as Stila, Too Faced and most exciting of all Essie the hype around Essie is so massive at the moment and I have fallen hook line and sinker!! I picked up Fiji but at €12 a bottle I was a little hesitant to pick up much more.

However I was lucky enough to come across four more Essie polishes in TK Maxx although this time the four of them were €12.99 four for the price of the one I got in Boot Kinda crazy but what can you do the colours are so pretty from left to right Mademoiselle ,To Buy or Not to Buy, Navigate Her and finally Orange ,Its Obvious

The final Beauty Item I picked up was a Dior Addict Ultra-Gloss I couldn't believe T K Maxx had this and it only cost €16 I had to get it
